A beautiful and difficult to described large silver and red cherry amber Bakelite brooch, the brooch is fully hallmarked on the pin 925 sterling, plus makers mark etc, has been fully tested for 925 sterling there is also a small marking on the side, the design of the brooch is lovely with a crown effect, the stone has veins and markings inside which are resembling fossils, the stone is a deep rich translucent red and very stunning, the depth of the stone being 11mm.
