This sweet early diamond daisy ...

She is of Continental European origin and dates from around 1780. She was a lone earring originally, that we found and re-purposed so she could live more life, long beyond her 240 years. She is hand crafted entirely in silver with a gold wash on the back. We added a 9 karat yellow gold bale for you to enjoy her on your antique chains. Her diamonds are early flat cut rose diamonds set in lovely pinched colet settings. The silver is tarnished and looking dark at the moment, but we left it this way for her new owner to decide if she would like her early pendant to look a little brighter- all it will take is a gentle wipe with a silver cloth (we will include a little square of it in your package). The diamonds have a moody, moonlit tone to them in their silver settings. The daisy measures 10.85 by 10.14 mm and her total length with the bale is 17.15 mm. She weighs 1.4 grams and is in great antique condition.
