Cheerful Oil on Board Painting of Sunflowers Signed C.1960

Vintage well done oil on board painting of a group of sunflowers growing in a garden or field. It is signed in the lower left corner indistinctly (at least for me), possibly "Macdougall"? It is on a thick artist's board that is mounted on a linen backing and framed in a deep and heavy carved wooden frame. I believe the frame is original to the painting. It is a little brighter in person than in the photographs. Flat rate shipping charge to the USA includes tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation, others please email.

Size - outer frame - 20 7/8" tall by 16 7/8" wide.
painting itself - 14" x 10".

Condition: There is a small chip to the paint on the right side
circled in the last photo. There is a little wear to
the painting on the upper corners and top left side.
The frame has some soiling and slight wear. The
linen mounting has some slight soiling.
