An early leather needle packet case with a yellow silk pad for loose needles and space inside for several packets of needles. The leather is stamped 'Needles' in gold on the flap.
The inside and sides of the case are decorated with silver paper with black spots.

There is some discoloration to the silver paper but the leather is in good condition.
