Creators of the "Juliana" line of jewelry, William Delizza and Harold Elster, founded the Delizza & Elster jewelry company in 1947. Only approximately 2000 pieces of "Juliana" vintage costume jewelry were made under that name. William DeLizza was the main designer of Delizza & Elster's open line (not to be confused with Juliana), and there were other design apprentices on staff. The company ceased production in 1990. Their line of Juliana is some of the most fabulous and sought-after jewelry today.
