A Dorsetshire Regiment cap badge. The Dorsetshire Regiment, more commonly known as The Dorsets was an Infantry regiment who were in existence from 1881 - 1958. After this they were amalgamated into the Devonshire Regiment. The badge features The Castle & Key and The Sphinx & Marabout. The badge is in good vintage condition with some age related wear and rubbing and the pin is missing from the reverse. Please refer to photos.
