An unusual shape for a Clarice Cliff creation - a wall pocket in the shape of a cornucopia - one of the symbols of Thanksgiving for Americans. The piece has the ribbed surface frequently used by Cliff in the shapes she designed, and is hand-painted in Rhodanthe with some Delecia dripping in the interior. Made in England in the 1930's it is in perfect condition with simple stamped marks for Cliff and Wilkinson pottery. The wall pocket measures 9-1/2 inches long, 7 inches wide and 2-1/2 inches deep.
