This old wind up toy is a steam road roller made by Line Bros. Ltd of London. It is the post war 33M version and it is made of tin, painted green with gray plastic wheels and roller and brass details. When wound, the large wheels propel the toy back and forth in a fun motion and the front wheel can be moved to sort of change the direction to the right or left. On the bottom it reads; TRI-ANG - MINIC TOYS - Made in England. This miniature clockwork model comes with its original key and colorful box.

The toy measures about 5 ¼” long and about 1 ¾” across at the back wheels. The paint is in generally nice condition with good gloss but the back corner of the top is bent and it has lost a little paint on that corner. The wind-up mechanism works well. The box measures about 2” by 2 3/8” by 5 5/8” and it is in nice condition with some edge and corner and a small perforation on one side that has the picture, over the words; All and Clock(work).

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
