Sure wish I had more information on this 16 1/2" x 13" unsigned glassed, matted, framed painting. The oval painting is mixed media. I think pencil, ink, and watercolor depicting a European sunset landscape. A scene of water, hills, castle church, and boats. Pale blue sky with rosy pink horizon to the water. The print has a stain in the upper right corner on the white background.

Framed in a very nice 1 1/4" wood frame with gesso decoration. A few minor age cracks in the gesso, but solid corners. The gold colored mat is worn and somewhat discolored, but gives a honest antique look. The backing is secured by square nails. I have not removed the backing. I did re-wire the picture for hanging. I believe this to be an 1800's piece of art.
