A very large altar ornament in gilt copper. Double-faced design of three flaming jewels of Buddhism. Matching front and back of traditional Tibetan flaming scrolls over the jewels, all mounted to a lotus base of 17th-18th century form. The whole is closed by a copper plate with a setting hole in the center. Quite heavy with a very good gilt surface. Well made and well-formed. The size is 9" tall and 6.75" across, the oval base is 4.75" by 4.25".
