The assembled collection of Mughal painted miniatures. The largest is of Qutb-Minar built-in 1199, also identified as Shah Jahan in the upper left. Assembled on a shield framed velvet panel with windows for 5 but now holding 4. All ovals held in bezels, 3 with glass covers. 19th-century bone subjects and selected Mughal Rulers. The frame is English turn-of-the-century. The size of the largest is 2.5" by 2" tall the overall frame is 8.75" wide by 8" tall. Antique Gauche and watercolor on panel, early 19th century.
