Still Life Flowers and Pitcher, Oil on Board signed R. Camp 1979
From research of the signature, and provenance from the Georgia estate's art collection from where this was discovered, I believe this is by 20th. Century American artist Robert Camp who was active in neighboring state Florida.

Signed in lower left "Original by R. Camp 1979," and in excellent condition with no missing paint. Please note that the frame is loose in the upper left. The gilt and white painted frame is held together in the upper left, but that small gap between the top and right side of the frame, is not closed entirely. Please see the photos of the upper left corner and the gap where the frames comes together. Hardware on the back, ready for hanging and display.
