An Original Antique Arts and Crafts Brass and Glass Hanging Lantern. This very attractive and highly desirable hall or porch lantern has a brass sheet body. It has a square base and tapered sides. The lantern dates from around the Arts & Crafts period, circa 1910. All original cream and butterscotch slag glass. The hanging loop and chain are original. The ceiling cap is a replacement. It is in excellent antique condition. Age related tarnish. Great antique (unrestored) condition. Lots of patina and age in the metal. The lantern has an overall height of 10.75 inches from the base to the top of the suspension ring. The square shaped base is 5.75 inches wide.
Has not been restored and still has newer original wiring.
