Vintage South Asian hand painted wooden box with removeable lid - featuring a full length portrait of an Indian woman in a pink sari to the lid of the box surrounded by a floral border - intricately patterned / painted sides - original paper label to the base - unsigned - India - mid 20th century.

Excellent vintage condition - all original - minor scuffs, scratches and paint loss - warping and minor stress/joint cracks in areas - wear to the base - no loss - no repairs - signs of age and use.
