Vintage folk art serape blanket or area rug - large size - hand loomed with 100% wool weft on a cotton warp - raised/embroidered stitches over the length of the weaving add extra dimension and detail - folded and sewn ends with 4" (10 cm.) fringe - unsigned - Mexico - circa 1970's.

Excellent vintage condition - minor wear and folds (as photographed) - no damage or stains - no restoration - signs of age and use.
