This is a vintage early 1970s set of blonde Teak wood "Fiesta" salt shaker and pepper mill grinder designed by Gunnar Cyrén (Swedish, 1931-2013) - a glass artist, silversmith and industrial designer as well as a colleague of Jens Harald Quistgaard at Dansk International. He had worked at Orrefors - the Swedish glass factory - from 1959 through 1970, and returned to Orrefors in 1977.

The pepper mill features a Peugeot metal grinding mechanism and measures 4 1/2" high by 2 3/4" in diameter. The salt shaker measures 4" in height by 2 1/2" in diameter.

NOTE: These are vintage utilitarian kitchen and table objects that have been used, yet are in overall good condition. They have been thoroughly cleaned and the pepper corn grinding mechanism is intact and works as intended. There are no discernible nicks, chips, fleabites, or cracks (see photos). Any wear is commensurate with their age and past usage.
