Ned Moulton acrylic reverse painting on melted Plexiglas. A colorful 1980s abstract of a woman's face. In flawless condition this is a multi-media three-dimensional painting with lots of blues, greens and purples. Has the artist signature in the lower left corner.
Ned Moulton was born in Miami, Florida in 1937. He attended the Art Student's League in New York and then earned his master's degree at the University of Miami. He began his professional career as an artist in 1970. Since then, he has had numerous shows and exhibitions of his work. He has shown at The Hollywood Art Museum, The Miami Museum of Modern Art, The Artist's Outlet, the Gallery Atelier I, and the Jockey Club in Miami just to name a few.
Ned Moulton spent years capturing the faces of beautiful women and ultimately developed a way of bending Plexiglas and painting on it revealing faces that are spectacular. Ned's unusual creations are sold worldwide.
