This is not one of the common Lalique vases you can find. It is a frosted piece called Quatre Tetes Femmes et Raisins. It is 5 1/2" tall and the top is rimmed in grape leaves. The body is tapered and it has a band of grapes and faces around the bottom.
For every 20 or so production vases in a given style there is one of these pieces. My vase was bought years ago in an Estate sale found in the back of a cupboard. It does have a few issues. Old paint on the bottom where it is signed Lalique France, And a chip you can see easily in the 3rd picture.
But for the collector who cannot pay more than $2000 for a more intact piece this is a great find.
