This is a lovely painting by Charles Rodgers. A little about Mr. Rogers is shown below. The painting is signed in the lower left corner. It is in a plaster frame with a bit of missing plaster on the right side. The back has the title and another signature by the artist. The painting including the frame is 10 by 8 inches. Mr. Rodgers loved to paint the scenes of the Kansas prairie. This is simply a wonderful example of this work. I included the pamphlet about the artist that came with the painting.
