Exquisite, beautifully chased in an embossed floral and leaf motif, these Gorham Silver salt and peppers have the classic Rococo Revival shape and ornamentation. The sterling silver tall salt and pepper shakers are marked with the Gorham trademarks and the date letter 1 (1951) in the 1950s decade geometric symbol. The sterling shakers are 5" tall and in fine condition with the exception of one small indent in the belly of one as pictured. (Easily removed). The pattern is truly lovely, the screw high domed lids finish in a finial and are elegantly pierced. A beautiful set to add elegance to any table.
