All I can say is this is over 100 years old and has a carved design on both sides as shown. Excellent condition. Very high quality hand blown glass in a deep cobalt blue. Finely cut and beveled rims. Heavy. I say late 19th century, but this could be one of many.....it did have a tag marked 400. So....I say 199 then. About 6" tall and 5 3/8" diameter, not including handles. Solid piece. Nicely applied spiral handles.
