Sure this is English, mid 19th century and could be Stevens and Williams or another Stourbridge glass maker. Has a tiny chip to the top of the faceted and cut stopper as photographed, otherwise this is in excellent original condition. About 16 3/8" tall and 5 3/4" wide from handle to spout....super quality cutting and beveling. Finely polished pontil. Glass has a bluish cast, but is a true emerald green. I took 3rd from last through glass to give color.....very slight residue inside and might just clean out. Extremely clean overall considering this is likely about 170 years of age.
