This is a wonderful, original art nouveau Inn Keeper's or Shop Owner's Key ring from the later 1800's. It is made of 800 silver most likely in Germany or France. The art nouveau top portion features the face of a girl with flowers at her ears and great silver nouveau swirls. There is a clip on the back so it could be worn on a belt. The key ring portion gives you enough room for about 25 skeleton keys and has a pinch style closure that works great but is a bit tricky at first.
This was made to last and is substantial in size and weight. There are no hallmarks that I could find but the metal has been tested. The weight of the key ring is 67 grams or 2.35 ounces. I can only imagine how much it would weigh full of keys.
Shipping for this Art Nouveau key ring is complimentary within the United States.
