Very attractive and slightly naive vintage sampler, featuring a cute little rabbit and assorted flowers, worked on a woven wool background. The sampler dates to around the 1960's, it is in a distressed wooden frame, I had the backing replaced as it was very degraded, and the picture is now ready to hang. The sampler measures approx 15 1/2" wide by 16" tall, the colors have aged slightly with some minor yellowing of the wool base. This is a lovely needlework that was hard to capture by camera due to the delicacy, in person it looks charming and would be lovely in a traditional, country or antique environment.
