It's funny, but while we were absolutely being eaten alive by mosquitoes , we never saw any army insect repellent! I guess the best thing the Army could do was to supply us with anti-malaria drugs.
Two related items, vintage mid 1960's are offered for the advance military collectors. Number one, "Insect Repellent Spray" and two, "Insecticide, Lindane, Powder, Dusting." Both are full and unused. These are both Viet Nam era items, and verified by the "DSA" code as part of the contract number. The insecticide spray seems pretty normal, but the powder is fairly strong stuff...... you could use it for anything from bed bugs to head lice or even the little private area bugs!
Both are unopened original army containers. The containers have a little rust, and a few scratches, but all in all are pretty nice.
