This is a quintessential Arts and Crafts/Mission style table lamp, circa 1910. It bears the specific design elements associated with the W.B. Brown Co. such as pyramidal finial, undercut top piece and perhaps the most recognizable trait, the 2-piece socket enclosure.
It still has its original paddle switch socket marked "Yost". The glass is caramel and white swirl with very pronounced granite texture with areas of "fire", which tried to show in the 7th photo. This lamp also has a dropped border which is seldom seen in W.B. Brown lamps. It stands 25"H to the top of the finial and 15"W flat side to flat side.
