Lovely hand wrought pewter Mid Century Modern ( MCM ) butter dish. I have not polished it because some people prefer the natural patina that pewter takes on. It is signed on the bottom but I could not make out the name. It has a name etched in it along with a design and the year 70. It is well made and solid measuring 8" X 3" and weighs 1 lb. 3/4 oz.
