Here is a nice pair of cast iron bookends featuring a young girl drinking from a lion fountain in a beautiful victorian garden. Each measures 5 1/4" x 4" x 2" and weighs over 2 1/2 lbs. Circa 1900, they are full of detail from the ivy draping along the top of the fountain, the lion's head and young girl's hair, dress and feet. A nice set to add to your collection or to use on your bookshelf.
