This listing is for a hand painted candlestick with boy made by Royal Worcester, England by James Hadley. It is marked. Marks date it to 1880-90. In 1891, the company began to add the words - Royal Worcester England around the outside of the circle.
Royal Worcester Artist – James Hadley (1837 – 1903)
By 1870 James Hadley had become the principal modeler at the Royal Worcester porcelain factory. James Hadley wares were made with colored clay mouldings in soft blues, greens and browns whichdistinguished them from similar objects made by the Royal Worcester factory.
The pattern number is 938.

Measures 7 1/2" tall, 3 3/4" wide at the base.
It is in excellent condition. Any white in the photos is from my camera flash. As with all antique items, you will see signs of use. Please examine the photos very carefully to add to my description. Ask all needed questions before purchase.
