Presto Lighter, base is 1 ½” by ½”, stand 2” tall, made in Canada. One of only a handful of lighter companies who manufactured lighters in Canada. Case is metal, nickel plated, has an art deco design from top to bottom on either side of the front of the case. The machine-cut wavy pattern is only on the front. The reverse is a plain chrome/nickel plating. Lighter has a blank monogram plate, ready for engraving if desired. Stamped 1949-50-51-52 on the bottom. Others Pend Canada, and contains Canadian patent number D. RD 101-16570". This patent was granted in 1949. It shines, there are some scratches, no dents. When acquired with a collection of lighters the backside had a tape sticker on the back and it concealed light scratches. See photos they included as part of the description.
Lighter has not been tested or fired by us, it has no lighter fluid.
