Evans cigarette lighter, base is 1 ½” long ½” wide, 2” tall, marked on the bottom 19023. Evans cigarette lighters were made by the Evans Case Company from 1928 until 1960. This is a circa 1940’s Evans Banner Case Lighter in a Silver Tone finish; we have not tested or fired it. On the outside, the front features a strong linear design, with engine turned ribbed vertical stripes with five diagonal lines. There is a block that has not been engraved. On the back of the case the lighter has the same pattern as the front minus the monogram block. Overall this lighter being used is in good condition, acceptable for its age. Some light scratches. A good cleanup will produce very good results. See photos, they are part of the description.
Lighters have not been tested or fired by us, they have no lighter fluid.
