Tin Rail Road oil can, tin Vermont primitive, circa turn of the century or earlier, purchased from a railroad collector, no markings on the can. Oil can is 7 7/8" diameter, stands 19" tall. Handle is in excellent condition, has original wood stopper, a few dents in two areas. The solder seams are sound and there are no splits or breaks. Three pin holes in the bottom. Tin is weathered and aged, but this is to be expected. Oil cans were often and commonly used equipment. See photos.
