Superb pair of Victorian cast iron Hessian andirons. These large (19″) high and heavy (35 lb) figures are in fabulous condition, having all their original paint. While andirons in this motif were popular in the late 19th century, the condition and quality of these are superior. They will greatly enhance a fireplace! Circa: late 1800′s. Dimensions: 19″H x 9″W x 17″D. Condition: Fabulous original paint and patina. Price: $1450 for the pair.
