Wonderful 19th century French reddish/pink marble & bronze clock with AD Mougin movement. The bronze child with bird on top of the clock is marked AGT MOREAU, which I just noticed. The clock was not working but I adjusted the movement (French clocks are extremely sensitive and have to be perfectly level) and it seems to be working fine for nearly a week now, and chimes beautifully on the hour and the 1/2 hour. It will have to be adjusted properly once it's been shipped as shipping tends to upset the balance.

Some normal wear, small nicks here and there and some tiny areas filled in painted, and corner chips but overall very fine and a very cute antique mantel clock. Nice gilt bronze ormolu trim. It is 12.5" t x 6" w x 5 3/8" d and heavy at 13 lbs..
